Get Free Tutorials On Making Mini Sites

These videos are awesome and hitting the internet by storm.  They are a true example of internet marketing at it’s best.  There is so much free content in these tutorials that you really are drawn in to wanting to know what else Michael Rasmussen has to offer.  He even over delivers on that, too.  You gotta check it out, there is nothing to loose and the lessons are remarkable.  Time well spent, I viewed them in one sitting.  As suggested by Michael, I plan on watching them again..gotta go absorb!

What is Good Customer Service?

During this busy season of new products for online work reviews, I had to take time out and care for my ailing pet companion of many years.  Although, it has been a week since I had to make the decision that her time suffering had to end, I can’t help but praise the care emergency room veterinarians and their staff unknown to us give our pets. They are an example of what good customer service should be.   Some observations: 

  • When was the last time you could get an appointment within a half hour? 
  • When was the last time you didn’t have to wait in the waiting room,sales floor, or showroom for longer than 30 minutes to start or complete a transaction?
  • When was the last time, you contacted a vendor and was recognized,  acknowledged and received immediate attention within the 10 feet, 10 second rule?
  • When was the last time your doctor sent a ‘get well’ card?
  • Finally, when was the last time your emergency room staff sent you a sympathy card?

    • Fortunately, online today, we can build recognizable relationships, we can get service and products within minutes, and we can share our feelings.
